Starting Monday, May 6, we will spend several weeks reading and discussing E.M. Forster's 1908 novel, A Room with A View. Discussions will be co-led by Suzanne Marrs, professor emerita at Millsaps College and Welty's friend and biographer, and guest instructor Kelly Marsh, professor of English at Mississippi State University. Marsh teaches courses on British and Irish literature since 1900, contemporary literature, women’s literature, and narrative theory.

Join us for Discovery Week Camp at the Grand Village of the Natchez Indians, 9 a.m. to noon, June 3–7, 2024 and June 10–14, 2024. Campers will walk nature trails, play games like Chunkey and archery, and create unique crafts to take home. Native American demonstrators will also provide special presentations.
